Rail Wheel Factory (RWF), Bangalore under the Ministry of Railways has officially released Notification No. RWF/AT-16/627(2025-26) dated 28 February 2026 for engagement of 192 Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the training year 2025–26.
Eligible candidates can apply offline either through Registered Post or by submitting the form in the designated Drop Box at RWF. The application process started on 28 February 2026 and the last date to submit the form is 1 April 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).

Follow these steps carefully:
- Visit the official website: www.rwf.indianrailways.gov.in
- Download the Application Form (Annexure-A) and other annexures
- Fill the form carefully as per Matric certificate & Aadhaar details
- Paste recent passport-size photo and sign properly
- Attach self-attested copies of required documents
- Prepare IPO/DD (if applicable)
- Superscribe the envelope with:
“Application for undergoing training under the Apprentices’ Act, 1961 for the year 2025-26 in Rail Wheel Factory” - Submit the application through either:
